It is with profound sadness that I inform you, that due to the untimely passing of Mike Harcum, the Jones Old Timers Day, scheduled for this Sat. Oct. 2, is being canceled for 2021.
Mike’s wife Linda Harcum is the Old Timers Day organizer and expert. It would be too time-consuming of her to bring anyone else up to speed in order to pull it off. Linda needs the next several days to grieve and make arrangements.
The Jones Board of Trustees and Town of Jones City offers our condolences to Linda and the Harcum family.
